President

For 30 years, Bill Cook has put his clients’ needs first, and that’s a principle he continues to live by. He is dedicated to seeking strategies outside of his comfort zone if that’s what’s needed—and to never letting compensation dictate his advice. He is proud of his independence as an adviser.


In his practice, Bill values building a relationship through honesty and practical gestures, things that build friendships with his clients. He knows it’s always better to tell the truth (as opposed to making the sale). That’s the way you build a long-term relationship—and grow your business long term, too. His drive to work hard comes from watching his parents and grandparents; his family has always been a central force in his life. 


Bill graduated from Northern IL University with a B.S. in Marketing in 1982. He also graduated from the John Marshall Law School with his J.D. in 1985. He holds his Life, Accident & Health licenses, and his Series 6, 63, and 65. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).


When he’s not at work, Bill enjoys golf, sporting events, and spending time with his family and close friends.
